ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the chromosomal aberration rate, micronucleus cell rate and the related factors of radiation workers in Changzhou, provide evidence for the occupational health and safety of radiation workers.@*Methods@#Descriptive analysis of the chromosomal aberration rate, micronucleus cell rate and the related factors of 3021 radiation workers who conducted occupational health examination in the Changzhou Center for Disease Control and prevention in 2017, multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the data.@*Results@#The abnormal rate of chromosome aberration and micronucleus cells of 3021radiation workers in Changzhou were 1.32% and 3.34% respectively. The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that the exposure year (OR=1.501, 95%CI:1.078~2.089, P=0.016) was a risk factor for chromosome aberration. The risk of chromosome aberration in radiation therapy (OR=6.417, 95%CI:1.360~30.280, P=0.019) and interventional radiology (OR=4.598, 95%CI:1.688~12.524, P=0.003) was higher than that of industrial application. the exposure year (OR=1.245, 95%CI:1.007~1.539, P=0.043) is also a risk factor for micronucleus cell rate. The micronucleus cell rate abnormality Risk of nuclear medicine (OR=3.934, 95%CI:1.305~11.858, P=0.015) , radiation therapy (OR=3.802, 95%CI:1.101~13.128, P=0.035) , and interventional radiology (OR=2.953, 95%CI:1.324~6.584, P=0.008) is higher than industrial application.@*Conclusion@#The chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of workers who are exposed to low dose ionizing radiation for long time are related to the exposure year of radiation workers and the occupational categories involved.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the effect of lymph node dissection by VATS lung cancer resection surgery and conventional lung cancer surgery.Metnods 120 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n =60) and control group (n =60) according to the digital table.The control group was given conventional resection of lung cancer treatment,the observation group was assisted thoracoscopic lung resection treatment.The postoperative drainage,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative hospital stay,the number of lymph node metastasis and incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed.Results The time of postoperative drainage,get out of bed and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group [(2.43 ± 0.54) d vs.(5.82 ± 1.35) d,(1.23 ± 0.29) d vs.(3.87 ± 0.75) d,(2.59 ± 0.63) d vs.(6.92 ± 1.27) d;t =18.059,25.430,23.658,all P < 0.05)].The lymph node dissection number of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(x2 =1.008,P > 0.05).The positive rate of lymph node metastasis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(x2 =7.033,P < 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (x2 =6.708,P < 0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection for non-small cell lung cancer patients with lymph node dissection is better than conventional lung surgery,and it is worthy of studying.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effects of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) with small dose of ropivacaine on the circulatory and respiratory function in aged patients undergoing hip arthroplasty surgery.Methods Forty ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.In group A,0.25% ropivacaine 5-7mg was given for spinal block and 0.25% ropivacaine for epidural block.Patients in group B were given 0.5 % bupivacaine 8-10mg and 0.375% bupivacaine,respectively.The anesthetic efficacy,BP,HR,SpO2,Bromage score were recorded.Results The analgesic plane was T8-T10 in group A,and that was T6-T8 in group B.The changes of BP,HR,SpO2 in group A were less than those in group B.Bromage scores of group A were 1-2 for nonoperative extremity and 0-1 for the operative extremity,which were 3-4 for two extremities in group B.Conclusion The CSEA with 0.25% ropivacaine 5-7mg for spinal block and 0.25% ropivacaine for epidual block is suitable for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty surgery.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect and significance of propofol combined with a small dose of butorphanol in anesthesia abortion surgury.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2145 cases of the propofol combined with a small dose of butorphanol on the anesthesia abortion surgery of the anesthesia effect,side effects,anesthesia,surgery time,recovery time,discharge time,cost,etc.Results The excellent rate of narcotic analgesia was 99.9%,the satisfaction rate of the patients was 100%,4.5% incidence of adverse events,mainly body movements and allergies.The average amount of anesthetic propofol was ( 95 ± 15) mg,the butorphanol was 0.6mg;the operative time was (5.4 ±1.6) min,the patients alert in ( 1.8 ± 0.6) min,and discharged from the hospital 0.5 to 1 hour after the surgery.Conclusion The propofol combined with a small dose of butorphanol used in anesthesia abortion surgery has good curative effects,safety,low incidence of side effects,cheap price.

ABSTRACT

0.05). The scaffolds produced no effect on the cell proliferation and had a low cytotoxicity, with chondrocytes tiled and lots of microspikes and matrixes secreted on the surface. Conclusion: The PCL-b-PLLA scaffold has a good compatibility with cells and is suitable for cartilage tissue engineering.
